Hal Clark

Harold was born and raised in West Springfield Massachusetts. Better known as Hal to family and friends, he excelled in math and science in high school.  After graduation, he attended the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and became a DJ on a Springfield radio station before attending Lowell Technological Institute now known as UMASS - Lowell.

While attending Lowell Tech, Hal worked at Wang Labs writing diagnostics in the engineering department. He then left Wang to work on a new word processing computer at Linolex which was later acquired by 3M.

Hal retired as the software process leader for a $1 billion business segment of an aerospace company. In previous assignments he was the technical lead for a team creating embedded software that analyzes vibration on helicopters, he was a software development leader for both commercial and military aircraft products, as well as an FAA certification leader.

In his spare time, Hal enjoys photography, graphical design and woodworking.
